When will I receive my package?

We always do our best to make sure your order reaches your dog as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on working days before 12:00 PM and paid by cash on delivery, credit card or PayPal are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once the payment has been received by our bank.

Within Hungary, delivery is handled by GLS within 1–2 working days, with an optional 3–4 working day delivery available. If this does not happen, please contact us or GLS customer service.
For domestic orders, you will always receive email and SMS notifications. When choosing a GLS parcel shop, please check your email regularly, as notifications are sent there.

DPD home delivery: 1490 HUF, free delivery over 20,000 HUF
GLS home delivery (1–2 days): 1990 HUF, free delivery over 20,000 HUF
Foxpost parcel locker: 1390 HUF, free delivery over 15,000 HUF
MPL home delivery: 7490 HUF

How can I contact the courier service?

Please make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order.
The courier service will always notify you by email with your tracking number, delivery date and the courier’s phone number.
For domestic shipments, GLS also sends SMS notifications.

When will the courier arrive?

The courier may arrive anytime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We have no direct control over the courier’s route, but you may be able to contact them using the phone number provided in the shipping notification email to arrange delivery.
You will always receive an SMS with the estimated delivery time.

IMPORTANT:
We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available during the day – such as your workplace, a family member or a neighbour.

If one product has free shipping, do I need to pay shipping for the others?

No. If any product in your cart includes free shipping, all additional items will also be shipped free of charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we already ship to several countries. You can find the list of countries and shipping fees under “How much does shipping cost?”.
