We are confident in the high quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will gladly accept it back and take on the risk associated with trying it.

If you do not wish to make a warranty claim, but simply feel that a product did not meet your personal expectations, you may return the product or the remaining part of it (at least 30%) within 30 days from the date of purchase by post.
Please include your basic order details (the email address used for the order and the order date).

If you provide your bank account details for the refund, we will reimburse the product price and, if applicable, the shipping cost.
In this case, as the return method is not chosen by us, we are unable to refund the return shipping costs.
